I owe my successful journey to the NFL to Dusty, my personal trainer for the past five years. Our strongman training program is perfect for those looking for a unique and challenging workout. We focus on building strength and endurance through tire flips, atlas stones, and other strongman events.
Our functional movement screening helps identify any muscle imbalances or movement dysfunctions that may be holding you back from reaching your strength goals. We will create a customized program to help correct these issues and prevent future injuries.
Strength training is important for seniors to maintain muscle mass and bone density. Our strength training program is tailored for seniors and focuses on building strength and improving mobility.
We have 2 different types of personal training.
1 on 1 - These sessions are going to be strictly programed to you and your fitness goals. You will schedule your sessions in advance based around what works with your schedule.
Small Group Training (SGT) - These sessions are going to be designated for those athletes with similar goals. These groups will be maxed out at 4 athletes per session. Like our 1 on 1's these sessions will be scheduled out weekly around your schedule.
