Our Varsity Athletic Development program builds upon the foundation of our JV program. In this program, we will become more involved with resistance training, strength development as well as more complex movements that carry over into the field of play. There will also be a focus on prehab to prevent and decrease the likelihood of our athletes sustaining injuries in their sports.
