Our Small Group Training is designed just for you. With a maximum of 8 members per session, this intimate setting allows our coaches to provide more direct attention, guidance, and accountability—helping you stay on track and get the results you’re after.
Unlike our larger Adult Strength & Conditioning classes offered throughout the day, Small Group Training offers a more focused, individualized approach while still giving you the motivation and community of training with others. Whether your goals are fat loss, strength, performance, or simply staying consistent, this program gives you the structure and support to make it happen.
